PEH Installationsproblem

I want to install PEH v3.3 in Windows Server 2008 standard sp2 (pure Windows System, not AS or OS Station). 

but there is a popup when the SQL installed 

Is there someone also met this Problem before. Or someone get any idea to solve this problem
