Trouble Getting PID faceplate Update

Dear all,

I am currently having an issue regarding the PID_Loop faceplate update. I have made some little modifications (e.g increasing the number of lines for description) in the faceplate . Now when i go into runtime and click my custom icon i get the correct modified faceplate the first time but for the next three to four clicks i get the generic faceplate again. Is this a HMI scan rate issue? Kindly help me with thing.

    Update Popup pictures, you need to run this in order to update the temporary faceplate files.
     
    Alternatively, you can create copies of the original faceplate and put them into the temp (D:\DeltaV\DVData\Graphics-iFix\Pic\Temp\Faceplate) directory as *_fp1.grf, *_fp2.grf and *.fp3.grf
