Charms not displaying anymore

I was trying to figure out why one of the transmitters was only reading 3.5V. Thought I set all appropriate properties on the charm and I hit Rebuild Hierarchy. Now I can't find any of the Charms that it previously show. How can I get this back?

Before I could see all of them on AMS Device Manager (Device Connection View). I would then double click DeltaV Network 1 and I would be able to see all my devices connected but now I can't. Is there a way to get back to this?

  Without knowing what version of AMS, it's going to be hard to give more than a general troubleshooting step. However, if nothing has changed with regards to the setup, doing a Terminate Services and restart the AMS Servers on the machine with the DeltaV interface is always a good first step. If that simple step doesn't resolve it, I would always suggest opening a call with the GSC, however if I knew what version of AMS you are running, I can give you a few more things to check.

  Honestly, I don't even know how to find this information out for further help. There was one guy working on this and he's no longer here to help out so I tried to fix the first problem and came across another. So, if you can also provide with help on figuring out the version, I can send that information as soon as I get it.

  In AMS Device Manager, go to Help > About AMS Device Manager. At the very top will be a version, such as 14.5 FP1 Build 035, for example. Also in there would be the System ID in the box at the bottom in the form of 0000-0000-0000. Both of these pieces of information would also be required for the GSC to guide you through the troubleshooting process.

  The version we have here is the 14.5 FP2 Build 038
