Operate Toolbar Modification

Is there a way to view source code/modify the DeltaV utilities Popup window(2) that is opened by clicking the default out of the box DeltaV utilities button(1) from Operate?

  Apologies for delay in response. I am trying to see(and possibly modify) the conditional visibility associated with the displaying of icons on the utilities toolbar.

  So that is a form in the hidden frsFactoryGlobals so you won't be able to modify it, If you want to customize this I would suggest creating your own popup display with those icons and customize like you want.
