Alarm banner module faceplate not showing up when clicking on it

I have the area assigned to the correct node, and in the alarm banner I have the button enabled for Direct Access to the faceplates, but I don't know why when I click on an individual module in the banner, it's faceplate won't pop up. The station I am using was also downloaded. DeltaV Live Premium License: Basic is loaded on the station.

  Can you open the module FP from tool bar by clicking the FP button and typing in that tag?
  Does the module have a defined FP in Module Properties?

  Yes, I am able to search and open the FP for the module

  It's been along time since I've looked at that logic in the alarm banner but it was pretty simplistic but uses a monitor variable if I remember correctly. Wonder if it is opening on a monitor/position you can't see?
  
  You may have to log a call with GSC on this as it is pretty difficult to troubleshoot this issue in a forum.
