YesNoconfirmation Live support CD

I have a click interaction to call up the YesNoconfirmation CD in the Emerson/Support display folder. I'm writing to a SP parameter for a sequence. The parameter is a named set "sfc" with 0=IDLE and 1=START. I have set the write value to 1 and since it's a named set also did "START". I get the following error each time..

  In Context1 change the .CV to .CVS, You currently are trying to write a string START to CV which on a NS parameter is numbers.

  So, then I tried to write 1 to .CV and got the same error.
  wrote "START" to .CVS and got same error.
  wrote "START" to .STR and got same error.
