Editing ACT_TIME in EDC1 function block while on-line in control studio

We had a scenario where an active time value was reset from the graphic screen by accident. Supervisor wants the value put back to where it was at prior to being reset. I can see the act_time  in the EDC1 function block while in online view in control studio on the specific control module, but I cannot set value and submit my change. I've tried to set the value and also just edit the time but the OK button remains greyed out. We are running DeltaV V13.3.1

  ACT_TIME is not writeable as far as I know.

  ACT_TIME isn't a writeable parameter, If it was reset you can't recover the value.
