We have Cosasco wireless corrosion probes. We have a Rosemount 1410S Wireless Gateway (shows 1420 in DeltaV). When I "Reconcile I/O" on the wireless cloud I get the following error:
"The following devices could not be sensed correctly while Reconciling I/O:
"Manufacturer: Unknown (0x601C)
"Type: Unknown (0xE0AF)
"Revision: Unknown
"Device Id: 212143
"Tag: CP-2011"
Then there are 2 more with Device ID 212144, Tag CP-2001, and Device ID 212138, Tag CP-2002
"Prevent 'Unknown' device errors by synchronizing the Device Library with expected wireless devices found under 'Library/Device Definitions."
But Emerson doesn't have a device definition for this. Shouldn't I still be able to connect to it and assign it to a wireless I/O point?
I can see CP-2001 and CP-2011 in the web interface (plus another with an odd tag that I presume is CP-2002 - not sure what's going on there). They are connected to the Gateway. I just can't get their info into the DeltaV. I do have an Emerson temperature transmitter that shows up in DeltaV Explorer, so I know that part works.
Any ideas?
