Pulling system information onto a spreadsheet

Hello,

I need to pull all alarm information from the system onto an excel spreadsheet on the Pro+ workstation.

I performed this task a few years ago, but can no longer remember how to do it.

the information would look something like this, all modules and the alarm information held within, rather than going through them one by one.

    This looks like a bulk edit query. In DeltaV Explorer, File> Export> User Defined...

    Perhaps the System Alarm Management would be the easiest, specifically if you wanted alarm help and priority etc. Select the area, right click and "S", when it loads, Ctrl P, then select export to xml. You can open the XML in excel, it is better t than the example you posted, as it gives each parameter on a separate record.

    This is the easiest way to extract the info, the only problem is that each module does not come with a description.
