Windows access issue in Delta V operator run

We could not be able to access windows screen from Delta V operator run page. However, delta v account login with Emerson user id which has windows administrator role. Also, delta v operator run open with windows desktop.

So, someone give me the solution.

  The DeltaV Flexlock application forces the computer to the DeltaV Desktop when enabled (Autorun Enabled). Even if the windows user account is an administrator account. The DeltaV Login is then set to define the DeltaV privileges. You should be using a DeltaV account that is granted Windows access.
  
  Therefore, your DeltaV Users who should have Windows Desktop access should have this access granted in the DeltaV User Manager settings. This does not grant them any additional Windows security access but allows them to switch between DeltaV and Windows desktops.
  
  Flexlock sits between and combines these based on the current Windows and DeltaV Users. It checks the currently logged on windows user (the interactive user) and the DeltaV logged on user to determine if the user can be granted access to the Windows desktop. If the DeltaV User has been granted Windows Access in DeltaV user manager, then selecting the Windows Desktop button in flexlock will grant windows access. If not, you would be prompted to enter a DeltaV user/password that does have windows access.
  
  You should not be using the "Administrator" account as it is a default account that is an attack vector for malware. Keep this disabled and create your admin account for interactive use. Grant your admin account Windows Access in DeltaV user manager. It should have minimal DeltaV Privilege as this is not your day to day DeltaV account.
