I'm putting together a document for which DeltaV activities require the Management of Change Process. As part of this document I want to make a Decision tree for which changes are safe to DOWNLOAD while the process is running, and which changes require a DOWNLOAD to be performed only during a planned shutdown (e.g. a Total Download of a Controller). However, I don't want to reinvent the wheel if such a decision tree already exists.
Also, is there a similar decision tree for when it is safe to shutdown/restart a Node (i.e. Application Server, Historian, Batch Executive, Pro+, Operator Station, etc.)
