CSI 4500 - Modbus

Hello,
I have 2 API CSI 4500 to collect and analysis vibration data .
I want extract DATA in this APIs ( CSI 4500) with Modbus protocol.
I bought modbus Licence.
I can read DATA with commercial Modbus reader .
But the problem : when i want use the modbus with internal system of company to collect data , i have message error !!!
Message error :

Modbus exception:

        Command: Read Input Registers

        Error: EXC_ILLEGAL_DATA_ADDR

        IP: 164.000.000.000.

 

0x7ffd3f0 (t_startup): HLTMON_sysCheck_i32f: All expected modules were successfully registered.

0x7ce659c (t_mod): ReadInputRegs_ui32f  : Illegal register address in Modbus packet 2

Modbus exception:

        Command: Read Input Registers

        Error: EXC_ILLEGAL_DATA_ADDR

        IP: 164.000.000.000.
