AMS automatically selected device type of HART device prior to installation of the correct device file. The correct file was added to the system, DeltaV was updated to select the correct file, but AMS still has the wrong device type. We are seeing errors when trying to access certain pages through AMS. The device in question is a Mettler M400 4 wire, however AMS picked up as M400 2-wire.
Is there a way to manually change the device type associated with the HART device?
