This is the internal Emerson mechanism for managing services interactions. The first letter stands for the server used for logging the call where N=NorthAmerica or EuropeMiddleEastAfrica, A=Asia Pacific, and G=Guardian. The second letter is for the tracking sub-application in the Service Management System such as C for Call Tracking System, K for Knowledge Based Articles, M for Material Returns Tracking, and S for Safety Notices. Therefore NC means that the NA server was used to log the call in the Call Tracking System. Hope this helps!
