We are seeing a lot of movement on the personalized medicine front. Just in the news today, I saw an announcement from Novartis and University of Pennsylvania. A few months back there were announcements from Celgene and Juno. The industry is seeing activity around the globe on this front. It has been amazing to see the progress in the last several years. I am excited to see where the industry is going - providing patient specific therapy that provides cures to some diseases that have been often incurable. I am also happy to be part of a company that is providing some solutions to some of the common problems that this sub-segment in the industry faces. When it comes to personalized medicine, making sure that the right patient gets the correctly processed, right batch is extremely important!
