How do you use automation in your organization in order to help manage compliance and audit readiness? Are you implementing CPV (continued process verification) capabilities? How are you managing the theme of data integrity in your organization?
Over the last 10 years, my team and I have worked with over 70 customer sites, to develop plans and processes for managing batch records and equipment, executing batch records, getting the most of their current investments, and developing roadmaps for the future. We start with the organizational and site objectives and then dive into the topics of importance while always considering compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity. More recently we have also been engaged on the CPV front.
