Replace Proplus

Hi All

Could you please advise if replace the proplus with new proplus led to trip the plant,and how can this replace effect on plant,I heard from someone he faced an issue when replacing the proplus although the new proplus have same database and powerup folder for the old one and when he connected the LAN cable to the new proplus  few seconds the SLS goes to decommission and the plant shutdown ,Could advise please this urgent case
