EMERSON 475 HART Communicator

I am using EMERSON 475 communicator.While using Easy upgrade Utility I tried upgrading the memory card.BUT when I inserted the card back into my hart communicator the following message pops up ."ATTENTION – The unit did not boot up properly".
I am unable to select the RETRY and REFLASH .IT kind of hang onto that particular screen.
Please guide me.
