DeltaV Live, Graphics Studio, and DeltaV Live Administration giving me errors on startup.

Recently, I used DeltaV Live Administration to switch my active database.

During the switch an error occurred and now Whenever I try to open up DeltaV Live, Graphics Studio, and DeltaV Live Administration I get these errors:

Does anyone have any idea what could have happened and how to fix this?

  James, This is not what you want to hear, but log this with the GSC.
  
  The first thing to know is what version of DeltaV do you have, and which hotfix bundle. The v14.LTS is currently at WS 21, I had similar database issues in earlier hotfix versions (WS_6 or so), and I've not seen them since when I jumped to WS18. Can't say I experienced your situation exactly, but if you are not at WS18 or later, you should update to the latest Hotfix.
  
  The next is how are your back ups? Often, the quickest way to recovery is to re-install. Not elegant, but if time is important, this may be your path. The GSC should be able to confirm if there is a way forward on your system without having to reinstall.

  I got this error and cannot start DeltaV Live: Unable to initialize DeltaV Live. Verify that the Oe Application Server is running without errors.
  How do I check for Oe Application Server?

  Sometimes that happens when some other application interferes with DeltaV Live/Graphics Studio...not always easy to discover which one...
