autoreset step_index parameter

Hello, i know that in earlier versions of deltav prior 14.0 the step_index parameter is not autoreseting at the beginning of the phase. Has anyone any idea if this feature is kept in 14 version of deltaV?

I keep getting reset of step index when i came from held, and i do not understand why since there is no logic made by me to reset this parameter at the beginning.

  Phase STEP_INDEX parameter reset to zero when phase run logic stars after restart in 14.0.
  Books online suggest same behaviour in version 13.3.

  But if phase RESTART_TYPE is 'continue' then it does not reset.

  thank you, we have the phase RESTART_TYPE from beginning without download. i'll use another integer parameter.
