PCSD OAR Composite Module

Is it possible to drop an OAR composite into an individual module that is not an EM and give operations an OAR to answer when certain conditions become true?

    Yes it is possible, although you need to place it in a composite block named MONITOR, to keep the PCSD popup graphic (OAR_EM_security) working. Alternatively you can change the PCSD popup graphic to a faceplateFB graphic and update all the links.
