IS DO 45ma Charm to provide run signal to VSD

Hello,

I plan to use an IS DO 45ma Charm to activate a relay to provide a run signal to a Danfoss FC302 VSD. I'm not clear on what the specification of this relay should be, can anyone recommend a device that would be suitable for this application ?

I'm thinking a solid state relay with a minimum control voltage of 11V will be okay. 

Any feedback on this would be much appreciated.
