DeltaV Live Alarm ACK ALL not working

I have  test project with DeltaV Live and the ACK ALL button is not working. Acknowledging individual alarms from the faceplates is OK.

Any quick gotchas I should be aware of?

    Make sure you have the latest Workstation Hotfix 08 installed (assuming you have 14.3.1).
    If you have 14.3, upgrade to 14.3.1 and WS08
    If you have the WS08 installed and still have the issue, you should log a call with the Global Support Center.
