Failure State Named Set in EDC

I would like to change the named set for the FAILURE_STATE and PREV_FAIL_STATE parameters for an EDC function block in a particular control module.  Despite the fact that I have a long list of named sets, including the new one I just created for the failure state, there are only three available to choose:  $edc_failure_states, failure_state_mtr, and failure_state_vlv.  The control module is not in class, but even so, "allow named set changes for new instances" is checked.  Can anyone help?  I'm running version 13.3.1.

  First, the named set has to have all the values from 0 to 18 within the named set.
  Second, I see you have a "Custom" folder and I believe there was an issue with browsing to folders so try just typing in the named set name manually instead of browsing.

  Thank you very much. The named set had the 0 to 18, but it also had 255. Got rid of the 255 and that fixed it.
