Connect remotely to DeltaV OPC HDA server that runs on a machine with a Domain Controller role

Has anyone tried to connect an OPC HDA client remotely to a DeltaV 13.3 OPC HDA server that runs on a machine with a DC role? I can't add local users to the DV machine and i am not sure if the OPC remote will work in this scenario as it will still need to authenticate through a local DeltaVAdmin account on the client side and a domain DeltaVAdmin account on the server side.
