Arbitration Module and Ownership Lost

I am trying to run some code in an equipment module to acquire a shared pump to transfer material from one tank to another in a tank farm.  This is the only device I can not acquire, all other devices I have been successful in acquiring ownership.  When I try to acquire the pump, ownership of the batching station pops up on the faceplate for a brief second and then it is immediately released back to "(None)".  Has anyone else run into this problem?

  Most likely this is because there is an EM that has this set to be a private device instead of shared.
  
  What version of PCSD library are you using (I'm assuming because of the (None) reference?

  You were correct, there was an old EM that had the Ownership locked up.

  You can look in the modules or by the name of objects (modules, composites, etc).
  
  For Example and AI module might have started from AI_120.
