DeltaV online value problem

HI Everyone.

We have  problem with one of my safety online logic in DeltaV v 13.0 as per attached image. QAY-2856 is for selecting between Production mode and injection mode from HMI. But by unknown reason, we can't change betwwen mode now. The output of QAY-2856 is remained  '0" but all inputs that linked to this output from another block is "1". No forcing is applied for this control module. 

Anyone has idea about what is happening with this logic, and possible remedy to avoid repeating in the future.

  HI
  
  You can change the parameter ( initial value ) from 0 to 1 or true To False or vice a versa.
  after that yoy can download the particular module so you can change the output value of that block . this is one method .

  Yes, I can resolve the discrepancy between output and input by many ways.

  But my question now is how to avoid this problem in the future and root cause of issue like this. Is this a software bug that need to be rectify by Emerson or just programming error.

  Is it possible to use DeltaV software to monitor the wireless pressure sensor(store.ncd.io/.../)
  We are creating a mesh network with these kind of sensors.
  So, any suggestion to connect these sensor with this software will be much helpful.
