Rosemount FF Temperature Transmitter 3144 Configuration on DeltaV

Dear All,

I'm using DeltaV 12.3 and I recently commissioned two Rosemount FF Temperature Transmitters 3144P, after that I started to setup the display of both transmitters. 

I successfully configure one of the transmitter but whenever I want to configure the second an error message appears with this sentence "The device was not found in the AMS device manager database Please scan the device in AMS device manager"

I tried to scan the device but no results. 

The device is working properly but comparing with the first one I don't have access to the display configuration.

Please note that I don't have the AMS licence in the DeltaV version that i'm using.

  As I remember it, you will need to install AMS Device Manager Configurator or the license version to be able to commission FF Devices on a DeltaV system.

  Thank you for you answer, I have already installed the AMS V12 but not licensed, I commission a lot of Fieldbus devices adding to that I configured the display of the transmitters but in this case an error message appears with this sentence "The device was not found in the AMS device manager database Please scan the device in AMS device manager" I tried to disconnect and connect again the database but nothing happens I downloaded the config file and import it to the library and again without results

  The other thing I can think of is the Rev of the device might be different from the once you commission. Check the rev and see if you can get the DD on the Emerson Install Kits website and install it. It is thinking there is not a DD in your AMS DM.
