We are having an issue where prompts are not consistently ringing when they come in. They appear in the alarm list like normal, but make no sound. There was about a 5-10 minute window where 2 specific prompts wouldn’t ring in. These were the only 2 prompts during that time period. Once enough time passed, I tested these same prompts again and they alarmed like normal. It’s happened on several different prompts and it appears to affect both EM and phase prompts. I don’t think that it’s any particular prompts – it seems more like something might be silencing all prompts for some time and then eventually returns to normal. We are currently running version 12.3.1 and have recently imported the alarm management FHX for alarm suppression capability but believe the issue started before we actively started using the suppression module. Would anyone have any ideas how the prompt alarms would temporarily be silenced?
