Required technical support to resolve WIOC radio coverage error

Hi,

I am getting some continues hardware alarms in WIOC as a "Redundancy: Inadequate Standby Wireless Radio Coverage & Standby Unavailable". I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me to resolve this issues.

    Hello Vinu,

    This alarm message occurs when the 781 Field Link units are not mounted properly and do not have identical network coverage. For example RADIO A can see devices 1, 2, 3, and 4. But RADIO B can only see devices 1, 2, & 3. If there is a fail over event, you potentially would lose data from device 4.

    I recommend that you review the mounting recommended practices for redundancy. Perhaps the 781 Field Links are mounted too far apart.
