Batch Operator Interface in Operator Station Shows stopped

Hi,

One of the Remote Operator Station is showing BS1P stopped in Batch Operator Interface.  DeltaV version used is 11.3.1.

This system had hard disk failure and New hard disk installed post which the above problem exists.

Can any one suggests necessary actions to be carried.
