Hello!
I hope I am in the correct thread for this question. I have recently realized that I have a question mark in the Redundancy category for our CIOC-1. I have tried swapping out the "standby" CIOC to prevent process interruptions with another known working one. I continue to receive the same issue, and i'm scratching my head as to what the problem may be.
I am presented the following in Delta V Diagnostics.
Description: Standby Value: Bad
Description: Overall Integrity Value: Bad
Description: Software Revision Value: 11.3.1.4256.xr
Description: Partner Exists Value: Yes
Description: Partner is Available Value: NO
Description: Redundancy Enabled Value: YES
Description: Status Value: Standby not Available

So now do you have red flashing lights on the standby CIOC card?
Are the CIOC cards the same software revision?
Are they the same Hardware revision? Not sure if this matters but worth a look.
Do you have Node is redundant checked on the properties for the CIOC card?
When you drill down in diagnostics can you telnet the standby CIOC?
Just going thru my troubleshooting thought process to see if we can identify any indicators.
