Hi all,
I've done a small mod on a faceplate template on my DeltaV 8.4 system for a standard valve. I have saved the grf file and downloaded the pro+ and the workstation on plant, but some of the valves are showing the old faceplate still. They show the faceplate file I have updated in Explorer module properties, but they seem to be showing a cached file or something from somewhere?
Can anyone explain what is going on?

It sounds like - possibly - you didn't click the "update popup pictures" wizard on the configure menu. All other pictures need to be closed . . . click the menu item for the wizard (looks like a faceplate, sort of), let it do its thing, then download operator stations. Eventually they will find their way out to the stations. If the updated popup appears every 4th time you click a tag associated with it, this is likely the problem.
