How can I export or print AMS alerts for a single instrument. I have a mass meter that is giving tons of alerts at certain times. I need to get this data to Micro Motion so that they can analyze. How can I do this. I tried the print function but all I get is one page with a header.....no alerts
You can do an export from AMS Device Manager. In the 'Device Explorer' view, right click on AMS Device Manager (top navigation tree) and select 'Export...' and then 'To Generic Export File..." This will bring up an export dialog that will allow you to export events for all devices, or any selected device.
