Can Batch ID (Formula) being use as reference (Interlock)?

Hi guys,

 

I got a question running on my mind, can a batch ID (Specific Formula) be used for valve or any other as an Interlock?

Like I got 5 XV (Valve) each valve have it own ID, the question is how I can make those formula as an interlock for the XV.
