Dear sir,
after clicking on the faceplates(pcsd_loop_51_fp) of PID Output Entry Pop up is not coming(while in Manuel Mode). So i closed faceplate 10 to 15 times and reopened but problem is not solved. but at the same time we can enter its output from pop up from another workstations After giving Restart to the Operator Run problem is solved. This Same Issue happens Every time. please Guide me if anyone know this issue...

User is Operator, this problem usually comes at operator station.after restart Operator Run in Same Logged in mode (as of Operator) its works.
Deltav Version is 10.3.2
Dual Monitor are there with graphics updated intel RD 2500.
No,Dialog box is not appear at any screen.

Make sure that you have run the pop-up update utility on the box in question. This goes through and updates the reserve copies of the faceplate with the newest version in the "Temp" folder (Graphics-iFix/Pic/Temp/Faceplate). These are the copies that are pulled when you open a faceplate multiple times. If it works when you first restart DeltaV Operate but not with the subsequent fp calls this leads me to believe that these files have not been updated. This would cause the issue to occur every time after the first that the fp is pulled as it is pulling an older version of the fp which may have not had the data entry that you desire. The Pop-up update utility should be run any time that a pop-up picture is modified such as faceplates and detailed displays. This utility is in the "DeltaV_Utilities" toolbar and is called "Update popup pictures."
If you have already run this utility then you may want to dig into the temp folder and make sure that the reserve copies were actually updated with the newest version. I have experienced this before where the utility failed to update these files and had to go in and update them manually. To do this, copy the new faceplate file from the Pic folder (DeltaV/DVData/Graphics-iFix/Pic/Faceplate) and paste it into the Temp folder (Pic/Temp/Faceplate). There should be 3 copies of each faceplate in this folder so you will need to copy the file 3 times and rename it to pcsd_loop_51_fp1, pcsd_loop_51_fp2, and pcsd_loop_51_fp3.

sometimes I had to delete the copies from the folders also yellow book to get all of the copies to the newest versions...(and then run the utility)
To your other problem, sound like you have a somekind of memory leek, check the KBA for similar incidents.
Also check thata you do not have any printers assigned that don´t exist or you have notification window active,
depending on the user rights they will open in "windows" and the user do not see them if they don not have access to windows.
You can have tens of windows open, that the user should click..

Do you have guardian support active at the moment?
If you do you could go to the guardian pages and do a google search of the KBS:s about the problem.
Also check the windows logging files for any errors and issues..
