Did this ever get any resolution? I also need AutoCAD files for CHARMS hardware and can't find anything anywhere.

You should be able to google "DeltaV Charms Wiring", you would get a list of Charms related topics. One of the topic is DeltaV™ S-series Electronic Marshalling - Emerson Process. Here is the link: http://www2.emersonprocess.com/siteadmincenter/PM%20DeltaV%20Documents/ProductDataSheets/PDS_S-series_Electronic_Marshalling.pdf . This is where you will find hardward cad type of images for all the CHARMS I/O hardware from the CIOC, CHARMS, Thermblocks, Base Plates, etc but not the actual cad drawing. I believe this is going to be the closes you will get to getting the actual cad drawing from Emerson Technology. I hope this helps.

Emerson should have this CAD file available for download.
