Hi ,every on, i have problem in pro plus station that is there is no active alarm in alarm list of deltav hmi but in operator station it is there ,process history is ok for both ie for pro plus there is only continuous historian ,in operator station there is event in alarm list and continuous historian also ok,the problem happened after pro plus bios battery lost charge data of pc changed to 2035 after that i fixed time replace battery ,but till now no event (event alarm) from event chronicle for both pro plus and operator.
What i should do ,need your assistance .
It sounds like the ProPlus "Alarms And Events" is not "subscribed" to any areas. In DeltaV Explorer, navigate to the ProPlus. There should be a sub-section called "Alarms And Events". If you click on that, the right side of DeltaV Explorer should show the contents, and there should be areas listed. You will only receive alarms and events from areas that are listed. If you would like to add an area, right-click on "Alarms And Events" and select "Assign Area". In the following dialog box, select the area you would like to add.
