Module Block Question

I am using Equipment Modules for small simple batch automation projects.  I am using them as classes to automate a number of systems with the same batch logic.  It is working great.  One thing that I'd like to add is to add an interlock on a pump that is tripped by a valve being closed.  Both are bound to the EM via Module Blocks.  I'd like to be able to have the pump and valve Module Blocks communicate via internal references so that as I create new instances of the EM and it's bound CMs, the interlock will automatically be in place and I don't have to do anything to make sure that the interlock is looking to the right place.  Is this possible?

Thank for the help!

  • You may need to edit the EM and CM classes and do the following in the EM class.

  • Excellent! Thank you very much.
