Foundation Fieldbus

I have a dedicated AMS station and recently i found few DD files got corrupted.I downloaded them from easydeltav and its working but my problem is the dd files also got corrupted in professionalplus station and when follow the same procedure to re install them i am getting error what might be the cause???

• I am getting the error as follows device currently not supported by AMS device manager 10.5 contact thr field device manufacturer...... but the same file i installed (add device) in AMS station it worked fine facing problem with proplus

  I dont understand corruption of DD files means? Does it mean specific files you added in Library were not installed? Was 'Add device type' successful? What error you are getting? In perticular set of files (Device Install kit) which you are trying to add, check 'AmsVersionSupport' in ddinstal.ini file (Configuration setting file)

  I think you need to get correct install kit. Tell me which device you are using. I can send you install kit. Let me know deltv and AMS versions also. Do you have only AMS 10.5?
