节流应用中的蝶阀管道尺寸问题 Problem with line size butterfly valve for throttling application

如果在节流应用中选用管道尺寸大小的蝶阀，便会缺乏对高低两种流量的控制，也就是说，管道尺寸大小的蝶阀的实际有效控制范围只介于 30% 至 50% 开度之间。

当出现特殊情况，要求蝶阀在此范围以外操作时，它通常在低流量下仍能转动，但在高流量下便变得缓慢。 在此情况下，阀门一般会从自动模式切换至手动模式，否则会严重失调， 也就是说，它将会完全丧失控制能力。

现在，我们找到了解决此控制范围难题的方法：Fisher Control-Disk旋转阀。

Control-Disk 阀门扩大了控制范围从 10% 开度一直延伸至 70% 开度。 这使得适用的应用范围扩大了 300%！
