Coriolis Fuel Meter calibration problem (Customer From ChongQing)

Today we calibrated coriolis fuel flow meter as Mark Ritger said method , but we got big difference between measured data and software calculated  data . the software calculated  data always less about  half than measured data at different flow rate. Please see below picture for example the software show mass total is 147.9g but we got the beaker increasing 300g . Also please see the second picture we could calculate mass total approximately by average flow rate and elapsed time  the result shows it is close to measured value so I guess  maybe the algorithm of calibration software has some  problems.

 In addition ,I noticed that  the two software interface show the fuel rate is the same when the actual fuel flow is the same  but in fact the unit of two software is different (coriolis is kilogrames/hour but calibration software is Ib/hr ),maybe the cause of difference is this .

  • we have resolved this issue by change the unit of calibration software . Now the  unit of calibration software is the same as coriolis software .we calibrated it and got good result.
