Engineering Program is a good Platform for undergraduate students to learn, to get opportunity to practice in a fortune 500 company. It helps build up talent pool pipeline for Emerson Process Management not only in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou, but also in Xi’an, Chengdu, Nanjing cities. Every year, there are outstanding students pass the comprehensive examination and evaluation, and they choose joined Emerson.
The program start in May every year for recruitment. From July, there will be on job training stage; The student convert to fulltime position around spring next year.
