Alarm Summary not updating correctly.

I have two operator workstations with the exact same login and the alarm summary field is different between them . I have made sure that the correct plant areas are assigned to the workstation and I have even run workstation config on the offending workstation and redownloaded to no avail. Can any one please tell me what else I can look at to help get this workstation back to working right?

  Have you checked that your Alarm summary buttons are pointing at the same alarm summary table? Is there a user settings file out there or a picture layout file that may be pointing your graphics to different locations?

  Check the AlarmFilter display on both workstations

  • Cancel
