SIS Diagnostics showing No configuration in LastFlash for SLS's

I am having issue with my SIS cards that they are showing No Configuration in Last Flash.

I have download them several times but even then they are showing no configuration.

I have even tried decommissioning and replacing with new cards but still having the same issue.
