Emerson calculation for PSV outlet line sizing

Dear Sir,

Can expert from Emerson-Tyco Anderson, guide us on the PSV outlet line sizing.

Any technical discussion which can provide more information about the limitation of sizing in case when the pressure drop across the pilot PSV is from 1350 psig to 100 psig.
