Converting air failure position for valves

HI

Is it possible to convert fail close control valve to fail open control valve. Valve already installed at site.

    It really depends on the control valve. Usually, rotary valves can be done by rotating the actuator and shaft. Please provide additional details.

    Hi Craig , thank you for your message. Actuator is Fisher 585CLS (size 16), control valve is Globe valve.

    The Fisher 585CLS has been relabeled to the 685 Series. It comes double acting (685) or with a spring Bias option, spring to retract: 685SR or spring to extend 685SE. Do you know which one you have or do you have a serial number?
