After years of use, those high-cycle applications in the PSA unit can suffer from long-term reliability. So it can be challenging to reduce hydrogen with purity over 99%. Particularly if there is valve seal leakage.

Our globe and Butterfly valves are lab-tested in up to 1 million cycles in collaboration with multiple processed licensers to ensure tight shutoff. This lab testing validates material selection for optimal performance of the PSA unit, including optimal catalyst bed control.

Our FIELDVUE diagnostics support cycle counts and provide insight into critical valve health attributes. The impact on operations is long-term reliability. Because of our rigorous testing, our solutions offer performance reliability for years of operation.
