My question is to Mr. Ingemar Serneby. We are using a Radar Level Transmitter Model 5408 for solid Urea Granule level measurement in a silo. We are facing a repetitive issue with the transmitter. The value gets stuck at 66% even when the actual level in the silo is zero. Once Reset the transmitter reads zero correctly however during the next cycle when the silo is empty the value jumps to 66% and stays there.
Please advice to trouble shoot the issue.
