qucikpanel plus error while booting - modicon tcp/ip

Our customer is having a quickpanel plus IC755CSS12CDA : .

While booting the hmi gives the following error : Initialization error, The driver Modicon TCP/IP - 32bit(DSV00088) encountered an error.

There is no communication of the HMI with PLC

The client does not have a backup of the application (quickpanel application developed in Machine edition). ANy clues how this can be resolved?

The PLC is pac8000 controller.

    Has this worked before? If so then something has changed or failed so check the cable, IP addresses, Modbus addresses etc. PAC8000 LEDs can help to show that there is network actrivity.

    If it's never worked before then check the above and also check that the PAC8000 is configured correctly.
